At Adept Massage Therapy, we believe that self-care is essential to recovery from acute and chronic conditions. That's why we offer a variety of stretching and exercise demonstrations, so you can take control of your own progress between sessions. Our goal is to provide a series of massage appointments and home-care education that decrease in frequency as your need decreases.

We are a husband-and-wife team, both trained in dozens of techniques and equipped with over 15 years' experience, each. We are dedicated to providing the best possible service available to our clients. We are constantly improving our skills through collaboration with each other, scholarly journals and texts, and applications responsive to our clients' feedback.

At Adept Massage Therapy, we operate our family business out of our home. Currently, our couple's room is on our second floor overlooking our pond. Currently in progress, we are remodeling a ground-floor space with enclosed parking for a pleasant visit year-round. We are excited to finish this relocation of our treatment space before winter 2024.
